Bill Self is one of the most well-known and wealthy Basketball Coach who was born on the 27, 1962 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, United States. Self following the rebuilding of his team Golden Eagles was hired by Tulsa. Self played three years there (1998 through 2000) which included Tulsa's most successful season of record of 74-27. Self led the TU Golden Hurricanes to two consecutive NCAA Tournaments in 1999 and 2000. Self directed the Golden Hurricane in 1999-2000 to their first-ever Elite Eight.
